Who can use EV24 to manage stations and EV charging?+
EV24 can be used by private companies, public administration units, housing communities and cooperatives, as well as EV fleet owners. The platform is designed for any organization that wants to provide, sell, and settle EV charging services — regardless of industry, legal form, or company size.
How do I start using the EV24 charging management system?+
Getting started with EV24 is simple and fast. Just register on the platform and accept the terms during registration. No paper agreement is required — after registration you can immediately add stations and manage charging.
How long does it take to launch a station in EV24 — from registration to making it available to users?+
For moderately advanced users, registration and adding a station with configuration should take no more than 30 minutes. You should also include the time needed to enter our OCPP server URL in the station. Thanks to this, the first charging session can be sold roughly an hour after deciding to use EV24.
What types of charging stations can I operate in EV24?+
The system supports both public and private stations. The platform is compatible with more than 100 charging station models, including AC and DC devices.
How can I add a charging station to EV24?+
You can add a station using an intuitive three-step wizard. First, select the manufacturer and station model from the catalog, then verify and — if needed — adjust charging point parameters to match the real device configuration, and finally assign a QR code using an existing one or generate a new one directly in the system.
What if my station model is not in the catalog?+
The portal provides station models whose compatibility has been tested by country. If your model is not in the catalog, contact us — together with the manufacturer we will add it to the system.
Will my stations be visible on external maps, including in-car maps?+
Yes. After enabling station visibility, they will also be available on external maps. EV24 cooperates with ECO-Movement, which publishes station information on popular external maps.
Where can I get a QR code for the station?+
If the station has a display or you want to provide a code for users to scan, you can generate it in the station setup wizard. Otherwise, you will receive the code from us or from our partners. If you install the station yourself without partners, just contact us — we will send the code.
How do settlements with drivers work?+
Drivers pay upfront for charging. After the session ends, the system settles the actual energy consumed and, in case of overpayment, automatically refunds the unused amount to the driver. After charging, the driver receives a session summary notification. If the driver requests an invoice, they will receive it at the end of the month.
What do I need to do to settle a given month?+
Nothing — the system performs all actions automatically. It prepares a detailed billing, generates and sends invoices to drivers, and triggers payouts to the specified bank account.
As a company installing charging stations, can I get access to EV24?+
Yes. For our partners — installation companies or manufacturers — we provide special platform access. It allows you to build your own customer and station base and support them in managing charging.
